El mismo se encuentra situado a 10 minutos andando de la playa y a 5 de la Avenida Jesús Astondoa y puerto de Santa Pola (zona de mayor ocio en verano y donde atracan los barcos para ir a la isla de Tabarca). Asimismo, el apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, un supermercado, el mercado ambulante, el Centro de Salud y de otros servicios. El centro urbano está a tan solo 13 minutos a pie.
