Our vacation house is fully equipped, has 140m² living area, 200m² private garden & a community pool with sea views. Because of its proximity to both the center/port area and Santa Pola del Este (best beaches in town), the house is located in what is considered the best area in Santa Pola, Santiago Bernabeu. By foot: Beach 5 min, Pola Max (shopping center) 3 min. Note location of house: On a small slope.

By public transport you can reach Alicante (15min), Santa Pola (10min), commercial center (3min). It's comfortable to spend holidays without renting a car.

Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
