Visitors who prefer peace and quiet after a busy day in Santa Barbara will find it at Manzanita, named for beautiful red barked native trees . Guests have all the advantages of a private home in a secure, quiet, beautiful foothill neighborhood, and the convenience of being only minutes from downtown, shopping, dining, beaches, local attractions and hiking trails. For everyone's health and safety, guests must provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19 when requesting a reservation.

We are a one acre property 1/2 mile from the quaint town of Los Olivos with its 50 some tasting rooms and restaurants. The house is surrounded by cypress, oak and walnut trees with plenty of parking. There is an outdoor covered kitchen with seating, infrared heater and gas BBQ. There is a gas fire pit and seating for your enjoyment under the stars.
