This fully refurbished annexe is situated as an extension to our family home, in the village of Warsash. Self contained studio annexe with own entrance via shared garden; street parking. Super ideal for Warsash Maritime Academy. Renovated to a high specification; this clean, calm and welcoming studio annexe is equipped with a fully functioning kitchenette, bathroom, wifi & includes utilities. Just a short 10 min walk to the village centre for shops, cafes, pubs & short walk to the water front.

About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

Lovely end of terrace period cottage, situated in the heart of the historic village of Titchfield, with walks to the shore and Titchfield Haven nature reserve. Easy access by car or public transport to both Portsmouth and Southampton, and within easy reach of the New Forest, the South Downs and the Isle of Wight. Our cottage is approximately 300 years old, but has been expertly converted into a comfortable, modern family home over three floors, and includes a charming rear patio garden.

Welcome to Shri’s palace , a spacious flat in Sarisbury Green. Perfectly located between Southampton and Portsmouth, with lovely walks, pubs, restaurants and the Hamble River less than a 10 minute walk away. We have large spacious flat with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We have private parking for 1 car and the property faces the woodlands that make for lovely strolls. This flat was built in April 2025 and is equipped to the high standards of modern technology and furnishings.

Surrounded by nature reserves, a fantastic location for coastal walks, and cycling, located directly on a sustrans cycle network.
