" The Breeze" is een ruime, luxe accommodatie in Noordwijk aan Zee. Rustig gelegen op de begaande grond met eigen ingang , terras met zon in het groen. Binnen een straal van 1km bereikt u lopend strand , restaurants en winkels . Het appartement beschikt over een keuken, eethoek, een zithoek met een flatscreen TV ,een 2 persoons bed 160x200 en een badkamer met douche toilet, en wastafel. Er is gratis Wifi. U kunt gratis parkeren op ons parkeerterrein. Een goede start voor een fijne vakantie

Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

A fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.) where you can enjoy cooking. A nice living room with a new comfortable (sleeping) sofa. A sleepingroom with separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Located 50 meters from the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee and only 400 meters from the beach.

Het polderhuisje is een oase van rust midden in de randstad. Het is recent ver-nieuw-bouwt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi werkt uitstekend in alle ruimtes. Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). Voor korte ritten kunt u (gratis) gebruik maken van de vier fietsen die wij hebben. We hebben een informatieboek gemaakt voor u met al onze tips voor de omgeving.

Comfortable country house (100 m2) with a big garden in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and grazing cows right across the little canal. Close to all main cities and the Kaag Lakes. Amsterdam, Delft, Keukenhof, Schiphol-airport and Leiden (10 min). The house is heated and also warm and cosy during wintertime. Dit leuke vakantiehuisje met zonnige tuin ligt op een rustig park vlakbij het strand, bos en duingebied bij Duindamseslag. Het is geschikt voor een max. van 4 personen. Op de begane grond is een slaapkamer voor 2 personen (bed is 160x200cm), en op de open en lage zolderverdieping (1.60m hoogste punt) zijn nog 2 slaapplaatsen aanwezig (bedden zijn 80x200cm). Wasmachine, en een parkeerplaats inbegrepen. Het huisje is lastig te bereiken met openbaar vervoer, een eigen auto is aanbevolen.

Voorjaars en zomervakantie in Noordwijk

Sfeervol en zeer ruim vakantiehuis met een heerlijke tuin. Gelegen in de rustige, oude dorpskern, maar helemaal vrij. Je hoort hier de vogels, geniet van de bloemen. Centraal gelegen, maar heerlijk rustig. Parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Wij helpen en adviseren je met heel veel plezier. Ideaal voor een lekkere ontspannen vakantie, maar ook voor de sportievelingen is er nu zoveel te doen. En moet je toch werken, aan de ruime keukentafel met goede wifi zit je heerlijk.

This summerhouse is located in a quiet street in the nice centre of Katwijk aan Zee. 300 m from the beach. Also ideal as point of departure for walking and cycling. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. On the groundfloor bathroom with toilet and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2 m). On the first floor the living room with a kitchen (fully equipped). You can reach the first floor by stairs (steep stairs, unsuitable for people with walking difficulties).
