The annexe is adjacent to the main house and a perfect country getaway suitable for a quiet holiday, visiting local Sussex attractions, or a handy base for visiting friends or family. The house itself is late Victorian, with generously proportioned rooms and high ceilings. There are 2 interconnecting bedrooms with a shared shower room. Both bedrooms have double beds. Breakfast isn't provided but there is a kitchen for self catering. The living area has a woodburning stove. NB there is no tv!

Independent bedroom/flat, own en-suite and galley kitchen, (allowing self-catering), in fabulous country house. Sit on the terrace and enjoy amazing views across open countryside to the South Downs. Own car is recommended, by car 25 minutes from Gatwick , 30 to Brighton, 10 mins to Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. 5 mins to Princess Royal Hospital/Hospice. Country walks to local pubs. No children or babies please. Morrisons 5 minutes walk away has everything you need + ‘Cook’ frozen meals.

Wilderness Wagon is a bow top gypsy wagon which is located in Lindfield Rural. The wagon is located in the bottom corner of our acre garden. Guests enjoy their own private gated haven with the most incredible view of the wild field that adjoins our property. The outdoor area offers cooking amenities and an al fresco dining space. Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Country lovers studio with separate access

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful rural smallholding where you may well hear background sounds from animals, both large and small. This cosy flat in the heart of Lindfield (5 min walk to centre) is the perfect weekend getaway, wedding base camp or longer term holiday let. With a king sized bed, kitchen, bathroom and dining table, the flat can be used as a stop-over for the night or as a base for a weekend exploring the local area. Sitting opposite the owners house, the flat has its own entrance, is secure and off the road (very quiet). Excellent WIFI - 40 Mbps. EARLY CHECK IN AVAILABLE.
