Room 1 lit 180cms, Room 2 lit 140cms et Room 3 lit 160 cms) Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni (notamment draps/serviette de bain)

Nice house from 1870 with sunny garden close cente

The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

Beautiful townhouse w. garden in heart of Brussels

We're renting out our spacious three-story house, a fine exemple of Brussels "maison de maître" from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is full of grandeur and charm, with its 4,5 m high ceilings with intricate cornicing. It is furnished with mid-century furniture and full of artworks. The very spacious walled garden is a leafy, private and peaceful oasis in the heart of Brussels. We are close to the city center (Grand Place is a 20 min-walk away) and surrounded by Art Nouveau.

Lumineuse, spacieuse, colorée, elle ravira les familles en quête d'un pied à terre dans la capitale. Familles avec historique préexistant uniquement (Il s'agit de notre logement personnel..)

This house is a rare beauty in the heart of the center. The house is a ‘maison the maître’ from the early 1900, completely renovated with respect for the authenticity. The house has a back garden and enormous south facing terras. The back garden gives access to a courtyard with a private garage for your car. When you rent this house you dispose of the entire house. Except the garden level that was the old maids apartment. It has a separate access and is private.
