Buiten waan je je in een bos aan de rand van de bollenvelden met in de verte uitzicht op de duinen. Binnen in de pipowagen is het sanitair luxe, net als de faciliteiten in de yurt. Het is een plek om te onthaasten, af te zonderen van het drukke leven en te genieten van samenzijn.

Our charming guesthouse has everything you need for a relax stay. Located on the countryside, surrounded by grassland, green and flowers. From march till may the beautiful flowerfield are in bloom. Explore the area with the available bikes we have (free)! You can reach sea and beach of Callantsoog in less than 10 min (car). Small town 't Zand with supermarket, bakery and restaurant is only 5 min. away. Visit Schagen with bars and restaurants, shopping and different kind of events in 10 minutes.

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Geniet van het weidse uitzicht over de bollenvelden, maak een wandeling over het strand(op 8 km) of ontdek de rust van het platteland. Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.
