Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

The cottage is very quiet with fine views over the forth road bridges to Fife. Free parking and access to electric car charger. Well trained Dogs are most welcome, but there is a charge. Fairule Cottage is a semi detached bungalow located in a lovely quiet scenic spot. The house was fully renovated during 2019 with a new bathroom, beds, bed linen & all kitchen equipment. The quiet village of Bonchester bridge located 2 miles away has a lovely village pub offering delicious home made food and a beer garden. Local towns of Jedburgh & Hawick are 15mins away. Both have supermarkets, butchers etc... Lots of activities of families locally - just ask for details on booking.

Only 5 minutes off the motorway (1.5 hr from Edinburgh,1 hr from Glasgow & 45mins from Carlisle) it's a perfect en route stopover but even better for a week! Welcome!
