Bus stop is a 1 minute walk, arrivals every 10 minutes.

We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The interior is cleanly styled - simple and modern but with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the delightful town of Seaford. We have furnished the apartment with care and attention to detail. The lighting is attractive and versatile - no glaring overhead lights or uncomfortable sofas here. We’re told we’ve created the perfect blend of seafront comfort and style.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored.
