The quirky basement is located in an 1800s Victorian Building and is a stones throw away from the beach (200 yards). The stunning seven sisters cliff top walk starts just a 5 minute walk away. Quirky basement flat is located in the heart of the town, with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking. The property can sleep /dine 4 people. Regular trains and buses! Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Charming Seaside Haven

A beautiful space to stay beside the sea. Set within our recently renovated Regency home, we've created a little haven to both relax and venture out into coastal Sussex. Within 1 min walk you can be taking an early morning swim on Seaford's Blue Flag beach or heading off on the Seven Sisters Hike. We're 5 mins from Seaford train station and a 17 min journey to the town of Lewes with its independent shops and antique markets. Charleston Farm House, Towner gallery and Rathfinny Winery are nearby.

Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. We are at the furthest point of Seaford gateway to the famous Seven Sisters Cliff tops just 15 minute walk away

The Hideaway

The Hideaway Gated access and entrance, so you can come and go Located in a very peaceful quiet area of Seaford. The room is separate from the house with its own private patio and outside seating. There is your own shower room with private entrance, located on the side of the house, a few steps away. Driveway and street parking. Not suitable for children or pets.If you are cycling we can provide secure dry bike storage. Only 10 mins walk to beach, town or station and near to South Downs Way

Annex by the sea (breakfast items upon request)

A cosy double room with sofa and rotating TV, full kitchen and shower room. This recently refurbished space has its own private entrance. It is close to the centre of Seaford and less than 10 minutes walk from the seafront and station. We provide milk, cereal, bread, butter, jam, juice, tea, coffee and biscuits upon request. The property is ideally located for beautiful walks over the Seven Sisters coastal path which begins just a short stroll away. There is free parking on the street.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
