This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Basic breakfast on arrival supplied. Wi Fi available. No off-street parking, no parking on the shared access rd.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

We are located 1 minute from Manly Beach, and 3 minutes walk to the wharf where you can easily access ferries to the city. Also a short walk to Shelly Beach. Relax, snorkel, paddle or have a coffee downstairs. Holidays have never been easier

A garden apartment with a large double bedroom and bathroom / laundry, lounge room, and self contained kitchen. A hop, skip and jump to the city and Chatswood bus service and walking distance to local shops. If you have a car, there is ample street parking.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
