Nestled in a serene woodland setting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), this tranquil new build, modern, self-contained annex offers the perfect stay. Whether you want to explore the South Downs, visit friends & family, or need an overnight stay for work, we are less than 2 miles from Farnham train station and town. We are on the doorstep to Bourne Woods, Waverley Abbey, Frensham Ponds (with its inland beach) and many other National Trust places. Self check-in upon arrival.

Cosy & Heated Motorhome in Surrey

Ever wondered what it’s like to sleep in a motorhome? Stay with us and experience it first hand. Our lovely motorhome sits on our drive next to our small semi detached cottage. The road is urban but only a short walk to the Basingstoke Canal. The main bed is large enough for two adults & the table folds to a small bed which is suitable for 1 adult/2 small children. TV/DVD. The guest suite at Rose Garden Cottage is a tranquil space looking across fields and woodland. The private fenced garden is perfect for your dog too. We provide an ideal base for a walking or cycling break in the Surrey Hills. We are close to the North Downs Way and delightful countryside, and also within easy reach of the historic market towns of Farnham and Guildford with direct trains to London and excellent road links to the A3, M3 and airports at Heathrow, Gatwick and Farnborough.

“Treetops” - Studio Amongst the Trees

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's completely private and has all the amenities of Farnborough right on your doorstep. Farnborough North - 5 mins walk Farnborough Main - 20 mins walk With onsite parking and an equipped kitchenette you can't go wrong with this unique home. Please note the bed is a small double not a full sized double and there is a trainline that runs behind us. Free Netflix, parking and kitchen appliances including an air fryer.

Self Check-in Detached Stable Conversion

'Rosebud' is located in the Surrey semi-rural village of Tongham, within walking distance of the local pub and shopping parade. A further walk will take you into the quaint village of Seale. The Hogs Back Brewery is just up the road from our cottage. The tour of the brewery is a must for all beer lovers! Farnham and Guildford are within easy reach by car. You can be in central London within the hour by train. Ideal for business travellers, visiting relatives or attending a wedding.

Spacious, sunny Farnham Studio

You’ll love the stylish decor of this spacious, easily accessible King-bed bedroom with work desk. Private entrance, and your own private shower room and toilet (sole use). Please note that utility room is a shared space and we may need access to our washing machine and tumble drier (which you are welcome to use too). French doors lead to a south facing, sunny patio with outdoor sofa seating and expansive garden-scape. Parking right outside, 10-15mins walk to Farnham station.

The property is modern and tranquil with beautiful views across the gardens and patio areas. This light and airy home sits within a gated private property, with ample parking on site. It is designed to a high spec, all on one floor and embraces an open plan kitchen, dining/lounge area with wood flooring, tasteful furnishings and modern appliances.

Squires Hill Cottage

Squires Hill Cottage is a beautifully restored coach house located within the quintessential English village of Tilford, 4 miles from the historic market town of Farnham. The cottage is situated in a quiet location within walking distance to the village pub, shop and cricket green. Cosy Woodland Hideaway

Perfect for a peaceful short stay. Our new cosy self contained annex is situated at the end of an unmade road on the edge of woodland. It has parking to the front and a private garden. Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
