Secluded Country Cottage

Relax in this spacious, 4 room, comfortable and serene cottage near Petersfield, in the South Downs National Park. The bright living room features a log fire, the generous bedroom a king-sized bed. The bathroom is airy, the kitchen well-equipped. All rooms have high ceilings, adding to the roomy feel. Outside is a seating area with table, chairs and parasol. Beautiful country setting with stunning views just outside the cottage with stile to footpath leading up into the 'Hampshire Hangers'.

This traditional style country barn is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley within minutes of Jane Austen's home and surrounded by stunning Hampshire countryside that offers extensive walking and cycling routes, and some great pubs. Within a 20 min radius are the market towns of Alresford, Farnham, Petersfield and Winchester. The accommodation is very well presented, albeit a compact kitchen/living area, with a super king size bed in the spacious master bedroom which is accessed via a twin room.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Sleeping up to 9 guests, Barn House has a huge modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with amazing views over the peaceful Hampshire countryside. This is a great house to gather with your family and friends and children and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are four other properties at our smallholding (a 3-5 minute walk from Barn House) which are also available through Airbnb.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Coach House Flat in South Downs National Park.

Our lovely flat has been recently renovated and is ready for you to enjoy. Since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.
