The site is suitable for both families and couples and is located a few minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk to Selsey village and the local beaches. The site is next to Selsey Golf Course.

Shopping can be local with Asda and co-op stores in the high street, other local shops and plenty of places to eat out or take away. Although the beach is pebbly there is sand when the tide is out. Peaceful location and where Eric Coates was inspired to write the instrumental music the sleepy lagoon.
