Annex to an Edwardian terrace house in an enclosed courtyard garden. Private entrance via the courtyard. The utility room is accessible from the courtyard. It contains; microwave, fridge, sink, kettle & toaster. Faringdon is a unique & fun historic market town. The market square is just 5 minutes walk away, with a range of pubs, cafes and eateries, free overnight parking from 6pm in the Gloucester Street car park. Ideal for sightseeing & visiting the Cotswolds & Oxfordshire & country walks.

Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. Parking is at the farm, but access to hut is on foot only (300m). We are NOT Bourton on the Water
