The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Self check in & check out. 5 minute walk to the leisure centre, Knole Park National Trust site, town centre. 10-15 minute walk to Sevenoaks train station. The property is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, down a private gated drive with an EV charger. Double bed, office area, en suite shower room and a quiet outside sitting area. No smoking, peaceful and centrally-located place.

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.
