My place is good for families (w/kids), couples, small groups. Townhouse with mountain views and neighborhood elk (cannot guarantee sighting). Three bedrooms with queen bed (master), full size bed (bedroom 2), twin bed plus bunk bed (bedroom 3). Beds accommodate 6 to 7 adults. Kitchen with dishes & utensils. Living-dining room & loft. Small patio with grill. Two-car garage. Convenient to Estes Park shopping & surrounding Rocky Mountain National Park. Dogs welcome. No smoking in the house please.
