It has a balcony with a great view, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The flat is located in a very central area with 2 metro lines just outside the building.

The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Only one bedroom with single bed is available to guests.
