Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Harry's Hut is a 10 minute walk from the South West Coastal Path on the rugged North Devon coast, close to the Cornish border. It's a cosy, airy space - complete with wood-burning stove, pizza oven and fully-equipped kitchen - with great views over National Trust land. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Only a short drive to Dartmoor and the surfing beaches of Cornwall and North Devon and the stunning SW Coast Path. This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

Little Buckland Cottage

Nestled in the Devon countryside, very rural, with narrow lanes. 15 minutes from the delights of RHS Rosemoor and within easy reach of beaches, Dartmoor and a little further along is Exmoor. Fishing on the river Torridge is close by and the Tarka Trail for keen cyclists is within an easy bike ride. The cottage (adjacent to our house) overlooks our fields and woodland. Keen amateur mycologists will be in heaven at this time of year. Our woodland is teeming with fungi! Come and explore!!

Log Cabin with Hot Tub, Devon - Dog-Friendly

'The Cabin' is a romantic couple's retreat, but conversely, a family's nostalgic getaway to a simpler life. Overlooking a field of friendly sheep who wander right up to the living room windows, and bird feeders which welcome a wealth of birds at every elevation, you will feel immersed in nature and wildlife. Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
