Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. The cabin is fully self contained and guests will have all they need to enjoy their stay! On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

A scenic, glamping pod, situated within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located on the edge of a beautiful pond and equipped with a wood fired hot tub (no jets/bubbles),wood fired pizza oven, central heating, kitchen (with Gas Oven & Hob) & bespoke outside wooden decking. The pod has WiFi from Three 4G (somewhat unreliable though from the woods & valley) and integrated bluetooth speakers. * The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC *

Gorgeous modern furnished cabin in Steyning

The cabin is located on a 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of a pond. We are a family with 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street is only 1 mile away from the property. Please note - the cabin works for 2 adults,2 children, 4 adults are a squeeze as the sleep sofa is 1.30 m wide. If you would like a birthday decoration as in the photos please let me know- this can be arranged at an extra charge.

Spacious apartment set within the lower ground floor of a large, detached Victorian villa in the heart of Hove. Walk through your own private entrance to a recently decorated apartment filled with antique French chandeliers, mirrors, kingsize bed and leather sofas. Perfectly located, the beach and Hove lawns are seconds away at one end of this quiet, residential road. Hove's restaurants, bars and shops are at the other, from where buses to Brighton also run every few minutes .

Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. The single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
