Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, Chichester

Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind in pure tranquillity. Entering into Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by beautiful farmland. It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away.
