The Garden Room

Nestled in the South Downs National Park on the Goodwood Estate, our cosy Garden Room is a self-contained annex with private entrance, minutes from Goodwood House, Motor Circuit and Racecourse. An ideal getaway with picturesque views for nature lovers, hikers or anyone seeking to escape the hustle & bustle of city life. Enjoy fabulous walks from the village and access the South Downs Way. Local pub serving great food only a few minutes walk. Chichester & Midhurst are approximately 7 miles away.

Pitlands Barns

Pitlands Barns is divided into three separate units, The Granary, the Stables and the Cart Shed. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend time together, the Granary is the most spacious, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people for dining and socialising in the large entrance hall and first floor open plan area with a viewing gallery. The Cart Shed also has a very spacious living area and kitchen. The Stables is the smallest of the three but still offers ample space for 4.

The Cabin (5 mins from Goodwood & the South Downs)

Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

Bridge House

A newly renovated, 18th Century Grade II listed 3-bed home in the charming village of Singleton in the South Downs, close to Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit. The accommodation offers a versatile space for everyone to enjoy, with plenty of original charm and character, arranged over two storeys.
