Hello there ! Happy to share with you our little cocoon! :) We used to live there with our baby during 5 years! We had such a pleasure to be 15 min from the City Center of Brussels ! Our cocoon it’s a 100 m2 space with 2 terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hall, toilet and living/dining room. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are also very well located, close to supermarket, public transport, and all places to be / see. Enjoy your stay in our cocoon ! See you soon :)

Beau logement de 2 chambres : - 1 chambre côté jardin (lit de 160/200cm) avec une grande terrasse de 20m² - 1 grande chambre côté rue avec deux lits séparés de 90/200. Salle de douche et wc privatifs situés dans le logement. ! Le logement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ! Pas de cuisine. Uniquement pour réchauffer des plats (lire équipements) Tram et métro à moins de 200m. Proche du centre. Parcs aux alentours. Pour le parking, posez la question sur sa disponibilité avant de réserver !

Ce studio possède tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour (literie neuve, cuisine équipée, internet,...). Il se trouve au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur situé aux pieds de la Basilique et à proximité de plusieurs commerces (épiceries, boulangeries,...). Vous trouverez un arrêt de tram au coin de la rue et le métro le plus proche (Simonis) vous emmènera au centre ville en 10 minutes. Il est aussi possible de garer votre véhicule gratuitement non loin du studio.
