Perfectly situated for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This unique one-bedroom property has a well-equipped, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a dedicated gravel garden where you can relax, read a book and enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside.

With a Full Suite on the First Floor with Lounge Area and views over Countryside, Shower Room and Sleeping Area.The Ground Floor offers a further two Bedrooms, Bathroom, Open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen Area. Weekly change over day is on a Friday. Sorry due to Covid Min stay 5 nights

Centrally located between the picturesque seaside village of Thorpeness well known for the 'House in the clouds' and boating lake, also the quaint town of Aldeburgh with its ancient Moat Hall and famous fish and chips. For walkers and bird watchers the North warren is a short walk away and Minsmere bird reserve is just a 5 mile drive.

4 The Old Grammar School

4 The Old Grammar School is a unique and thoughtfully furnished holiday home, providing spacious, characterful and modern accommodation for up to six guests only a few miles from the beautiful Suffolk Coast with its famous towns and beaches. This former Edwardian grammar school was converted in 2021 and retains many of its original features including large mullioned windows flooding the property with natural light and superb vaulted ceilings creating a bright and airy space.

This modern quirky 1 bedroomed Apartment is situated 200 metres from Thorpeness Beach. With a fantastic Cafe below the Apartment serving illy Coffee, Teapigs, Homemade Cakes, Light Lunches and all types of baked goodies there will be no need to travel the 1 mile down the road to Aldeburgh.
