Stunning, over 100 years old stone barn, meticulously renovated, furnished with vintage pieces, located in a peaceful village in the middle of the upcoming Slovenian wine region. The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. Free parking, Wi-fi coverage, AC, fan, autonomous entrance and garden access.

Your own floor in a beautiful house near Vipava

Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

For dinner, we serve dishes homemade pasta, freshly grilled beef paired with garden vegetables and crispy potatoes.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Udoben apartma P+1 v popolnoma obnovljeni kraški hiši v Sežani. Spalnica v nadstropju. Dodatno raztegljivo ležišče v spalnici dimenzij 80x180cm za doplačilo. Na voljo je brezplačno parkirišče in velik travnik pred apartmajem. Apartma ima lasten vhod in mini fitnes. Ob prihodu vas bo pričakala "Košarica dobrodošlice" z lokalnimi dobrotami. Skate park in športno igrišče se nahajata v neposredni bližini. Gostom nudimo brezplačno izposojo koles. Lokacija nudi odlično izhodišče za izlete.

Počitniška hiša se nahaja tik ob reki in nudi sproščujoče bivanje za družine in pare. Je le nekaj minut od avtoceste, v bližini starega mestnega jedra. Hiša ima 3 spalnice, velik dnevno bivalni del, zunanjo kuhinjo, zaprt in očarljiv vrt z dostopom do reke, lastno garažo ter električno polnilnico in nekaj koles. Vipavska dolina je celoletni raj za gurmane, pohodnike, kolesarje, padalce, plezalce in ribiče. Do Postonjske jame in Predjamskega gradu je 25 min, 45 min do Ljubljane in Kopra.

Oliver street apartment - 50m from city center

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a TV with international channels, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and a first aid kit. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, an electric radiator, and essential amenities. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and pleated blinds. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The apartment offers additional items to enhance your stay and provide comfort, but we’ll leave those as a surprise.

The apartment located in the new build house with a large terrace is designed for families with small children. The apartment is large, open, and includes a baby chair, baby cot, sackcloth, etc.   Guests traveling without children also feel comfortable in the apartment. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that offers the possibility of relaxation.

Holiday Home Slavi is a charming little house next to bigger Apartment Slavi. Well-equipped and on a good location, it offers great relaxation inside and outside. My place is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love it because of the neighborhood, the ambiance, the location, the outdoors space, and the people. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and also furry friends (pets).

VILLA IRENA Charming Gem Located In Vipava Valley

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
