With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.

Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
