The Hayloft: Popular Hideaway - Sleeps 3.

After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. Home-cooked ready meals are available in the fridge or freezer when you arrive. Message when you book and we can supply details. The Welcome pack's a big hit.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

The Silvan Lodge Peace, Privacy, and Pure calm

The Silvan Lodge is the Guest Annex of Stone Lodge House that is available on selected dates throughout the year. The Annex is finished to the highest standard, is fully equipped with all you will need, 50inch QLED TV and Bose sound, Washer Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Boiling water Tap, Coffee machine and much more. If you are looking for a tranquil, secluded, private location but want all mod cons, high speed wifi, central heating and space to relax then look no further

Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

The Fuller's Shed All Weather Private Hot Tub

Adults only. 2 guests max. Sorry, No pets This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas.

The Garden House III at Top View

The Garden House has 3 large, en-suite double bedrooms. Private, semi-det., single storey, self-contained, parking for 3 cars behind electric gates +rapid EV charging (£25/car/charge). Spacious and light, set up a short, shared, private driveway in the heart of the village. A south east facing front garden and large, shared, west facing rear garden with far reaching views. A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for infants, children or animals.

The Old Mill Retreat, Northfield Farm

The ultimate small scale, self-contained, tiny romantic retreat. The Old Mill has been completely restored, exactly to its original design. Upstairs , a King Size 'Bateau Lit' , shower room with loo and wash basin. Broad floor boards with rugs, two small windows and hand made wooden shutters. Downstairs is a large comfortable sofa, a small open plan kitchen with fridge, dish washer and washing machine. A simple two hob, small oven, kettle, toaster & smart TV. Stone flagged floor.

Fabulous barn conversion - Stunning views

The property is known as the Long Shed, for no better reason than it's nice and long! It sleeps two, but there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons. There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, a hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture out on the patio, and the views are fantastic. If you fancy getting away from it all and enjoying some peace and quiet, some space and lots of countryside - the Long Shed is perfect.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and off grid and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy
