Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! The Center

Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

Welcome to your own little studio just a few minutes drive from Princeton University. What you'll get: Your own off-street parking, your own private entrance and private full bathroom, a Kingsize bed, TV, small refrigetor, microwave, coffee... Perfect for short stay. Essentially, you're getting a quaint hotel room without the noise and seedy elements of the hotel on nearby Route 1. It locates right next to Rocy Hill Tavern and One53 Restaurants, large shopping center area is 2 mins via car.

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

In famously friendly Hopewell Borough, walk to beloved restaurants, shops, land preserves, and Sourland hiking. Drive 7 miles to Princeton and its trains to Philly & NYC. Drive 10 miles to Lambertville, 11 to New Hope. Owner-host lives in building. LGBTQ friendly? Indubitably.

Historic Mill Retreat - 3 BR-1st fl waterview unit

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.

The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The bathroom is connected to the room and is completely private. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
