Situated in the tranquil New Forest countryside with direct access to explore the New Forest terrain and neighbouring Jurassic Coast and beaches. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Little Gate House is a newly refurbished countryside retreat nestled within a tranquil area DIRECTLY in the beautiful New Forest National Park. Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

The bathroom is has a luxurious bath and a large sunflower shower . The walks from the gate are truly spectcular. You won’t want to leave!

Beautifully converted old stables, Shire Cottage at Blashford Manor Farm is spacious. 2 large bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. The cottage comfortable sleeps 4. Well equipped kitchen, 4 ring hob and gas oven, butlers sink, fridge and ample storage space. The lounge diner has 2 settees, TV and dining table. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Front walled courtyard. Rear patio with hot tub. All cottages are self contained.

The Little Berri

The Little Berri is situated within the idyllic New Forest National Park. The cabin is self-contained, beautifully finished to a high standard and is complete with an enclosed private garden. The Bothy is in the heart of the picturesque, tranquil village of Harbridge. This gem of a place is on the edge of the New Forest offering miles of fantastic walking, cycling and horse riding. It is set within a pretty garden with windows overlooking garden/fields making a peaceful and romantic setting for anyone. You have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen. There are numerous pubs in the area which offer good evening meals.
