Woodcutters Lodge: A Rural Haven

Nestled beside a 99 acre ancient woodland, the lodge is an escape to peaceful rural life where you're surrounded by nature and wildlife. The perfect place to unwind, the lodge envelops you in cosy luxury with eco-friendly products, beautiful linens and tranquillity in abundance. Views from the lodge across the fields where you might see deer, hare, foxes, buzzards, red kites, and beautiful sun sets. Dogs welcome. Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Old Post Office Stable

Old Post Office Stable sits in the heart of a conservation area on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Thorpe Abbotts is home to the 100th Bomber Group Museum. They say that the squaddies mailed their love letters back home at the Old Post Office ! 40 mins to the coast, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold,, with shopping in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. 10 mins drive from Diss train station with a direct line to London. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

Blackthorn Retreat features our premium air conditioned shepherd’s hut & cabin - which sit alone in our dog-secure 1/3 acre fenced meadow, with wonderful far-reaching views, lovely rural walks. Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). Perfect under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). Wood-fired pizza oven & firepit. Emma king bed, shower & kitchen inside the hut, heated floor, washer + dryer.

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Property was built in 1885, we having loving restored this building and have kept many of the Original features which can be seen, we've also given it a modern up to date touch,it has a Wonderful Outdoor Space where there is a seating area. It's decorated throughout to a very high standard. It's very Central just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre. There are great Pubs less than 2 minutes away where the Food Served is Fabulous @The Black Horse. Very Close to the Golden Triangle

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
