Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

There is an abundance of local amenities in the market town of Wymondham just 3 miles away. The Hut has open plan living with a private modern bathroom, with a range of new appliances, and a fire pit to cosy up to after a day of exploring or walking around the countryside. The Owl’s Rest is the perfect get away for rest and relaxation, in elegant and modern surroundings.

With your own bridge across, a stay at "Little Island Retreat" is true exclusive glamping. Our wooden glamping cabin features a king-size bed, sink, decking area, seating, BBQ and eco toilet. A short walk away is a shower room with electric shower, flushing toilet, sink, fridge, USB point & plug sockets. Linen, towels, crockery and basic cookware are all provided.

Our Premium shepherd’s hut Blackthorn Retreat sits alone in its own dog friendly 1/3 acre fenced meadow, with wonderful private far-reaching views, and amazing sunrises, sunsets and clear big skies. Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). A perfect getaway under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). King bed, shower & kitchen inside the hut, heated floor, (+a/c in summer), washer + dryer

FLINT SHED near Norwich Norfolk Broads

The Flint Shed is a unique private, eco friendly and contemporary space for 2 with courtyard set in the grounds of a handsome Georgian house. Located in the Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw very close to Norwich. Here you will find a Super King Sized Bed, marble floored His and Hers Luxury Bathroom and underfloor heating and full equipped new Kitchen. Perfectly positioned for the city, countryside & beaches of North Norfolk and Suffolk. Private entrance and parking.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The Chestnuts Pod with private garden.

The pod is located in its private, self contained area at the end of the large garden of our mid-terrace house. The pod has all facilities provided including fridge, microwave, toaster and TV. Beside the pod is an electric George Foreman Grill.The bathroom has an electric compact shower with mains supplied water and toilet. The garden is secluded, peaceful and full of wildlife. The pod also has its own private parking space and free WiFi.
