The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

The wooden cabin, Haven on the Hill has been hand built on an elevated platform with views looking over the Forest of Dean. A private and secluded dwelling situated in our grounds near our home. With good pubs and walks nearby this cabin is perfect for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Full electrics, bathroom with shower, cooking facilities including a wood fired pizza oven. Easy access parking,a donkey & a sheep to keep you company! Pets welcome with plenty of long walks.

St Mark's School

Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Secret beaches plus lots of wild birds & sea life incl. seals. A very special place. WiFi is good & stable as switched to Starlink.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space.
