Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. There's plenty to see and do. Return back and relax over a BBQ in the summer garden. Interact with the chickens, ducks and geese, collect eggs or snuggle down under a cosy cover during a winters evening. We believe it is great value for money, hosting up to 6 people . The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A stunning, renovated barn attached to a 17th century thatched farmhouse. A beautiful and private countryside retreat in a lovely, peaceful, unspoilt part of Devon. Only a short drive to Dartmoor and the surfing beaches of Cornwall and North Devon and the stunning SW Coast Path. This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

Dog Friendly Tiny House with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Rural Farm Retreat

Reconnect with nature at our peaceful 3-bedroom caravan on Northcote Manor Farm, a smallholding reached via a private 600m lane in West Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. Enjoy far-reaching views to Exmoor from the decking, complete with outdoor seating. Sleeps 6 (1 double, 2 twin), with equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, shower room and separate WC. Peace is only interrupted by resident donkeys Teabag, Woolly & Dave and the occasional visit from our free-range chickens.

Melrose Cottage: Gateway to Dartmoor National Park

Bright and airy, newly renovated cottage in central Okehampton. Off street parking for two cars with exclusive use of an EV charger (charges apply). Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!

Slow Living Retreat on Dartmoor

A quiet and restorative retreat on the edge of Dartmoor for slow mornings, long walks and star-filled nights beside the fire pit. Surrounded by open moorland, ancient stone circles and temperate rainforest valleys, Kestorway is a calm space for walkers, writers, artists and those wishing to properly exhale. Originally built in the 1920s as a retreat for birdwatchers and photographers, it remains deeply connected to the wild landscape around it.
