Victoria Park,Hesketh Park & Botanic Gardens are 3 fantastic parks ensuring there is something here for everyone. Although being just a stones throw from all the action this is a pieceful location giving you a relaxing break. Staying here allows you access to the private Enclosed garden. Sorry no cats As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. kitchen is well equipped has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, fridge freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart tv and internet access. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first floor bedroom, you will find a queen bed with super comfortable mattress and cotton bedding. The second floor bedroom contains 2 single beds with super comfortable mattresses and cotton bedding. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a 1 single sofa beds. Please note this apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities due to stairs and steps down to kitchen and toilet. The bathroom comes with a newly installed walk in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is one free parking space available. (Not suitable for large vans or pickup trucks) but parking is available on street outside or a carpark 50yards away @ 3 a day. - There is a washing machine at property. - 1 well behaved Dog are allowed at the property. The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.
