Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a brand new, unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Gatehouse

Enjoy a peaceful break in this compact, stylish space, ideally located just minutes away from the north Norfolk coast. Nestled within the 2 acre garden of an elegant Regency house, The Gatehouse is a wonderful country retreat. The timber vaulted bedroom contains a double bed and sitting area, with wonderful views through its large sash windows. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a patio area and the garden beyond, and there is a well-appointed modern shower room. EV charging is available.
