Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

The fully equiped open plan kitchen diner, leads out through bi fold doors onto a patio and lawned garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Relax in the lounge on the 2 large sofas watching your favorite programme on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

Family holiday house near the beach

This picturesque Victorian villa has been used by our family as a holiday bolthole for 20 happy years. It has everything: space, a wonderful location and room for six people (and their dogs). The property was fully refurbished five years ago, although you do not need to treat it with kid gloves. It is a lived-in family house that is just a suited to families as it is groups of friends. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

With 2 full king size bedrooms with en-suites, port side sleeps up to 4 guests and boasts top of the range appliances making your stay one to remember. Please note Port Side is accessed via a metal staircase to the first floor, whilst we love our high over the town it may not be suitable to all guests!
