Antica casa dell' 800, luminosa e panoramica, affacciata sulla piana del Tevere tra Todi e Perugia, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Deruta, il paese dell’arte civile. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

L'appartamento "Il Fienile" si trova all'interno di Corte Fratini, un complesso rurale del '700, riconosciuto di interesse storico, costruito intorno ad un'aia chiusa nella località di Pigge a 3 Km da Trevi. L'appartamento dispone di ingresso indipendente, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con vasca idromassaggio, cucina con zona giorno, divano, servizi privati, camino, TV e WiFi. I cani sotto i 10 kg sono ammessi su richiesta e con un supplemento giornaliero da pagare in loco.
