Newly Renovated Studio With Own Utilities

We just finished the renovations of our studio/room and we are super excited to show you the result! It has everything you need. A two person bed, a shower, toilet, kitchenette, build in closet, a desk, free wifi, you name it! We offer free use of towels by the way! You are located 5 minutes by bike from the center. Groceries store 200 meters down the street. Public bus transportation right in front of the building. You are also 5 minutes away from the train station and highway! Perfect spot!

L'Écrin de Sérénité

Évadez-vous dans une maison moderne toute équipée où vous trouverez le calme et la nature du bord de la Lys à moins de 30 minutes du cœur de Lille. Le logement comprend une cuisine équipée, une télévision (Netflix, Amazon Prime, chaines internet), une commode, une table à manger avec deux chaises, un lit de confort, une armoire, une salle de bain aménagée avec un lave linge. Ce logement est une annexe de notre maison qui est entièrement indépendante. Un parking privatif devant le logement.

From there you can easily find numerous cafes, eateries, grocery stores and the start of Roeselare's main shopping streets. The one-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a brand new building; private and gated parking, elevator, intercom and a private terrace with a seating area.

Romantische cosy cabin voor twee aan het water

Laat je in de unieke Meers Cabin verwonderen door de natuur, rust en stilte en dit in alle comfort. Ontwaak met een ongerept wijds zicht op de verdronken weilanden (Meersen) en akkers; wisselend op het ritme van de seizoenen. Geniet van het schouwspel van de fladderend zingende veldleeuwerik, het blij gekwetter van zwaluwen als de avond valt. Lig languit op de steiger, stap in het bootje om zomaar wat te dobberen op de natuurvijver. Wandel, fiets, zwem of doe gewoon eens lekker niets.

We warmly welcome you to our tiny house where it is all about nature, comfort and a perfect gateway to unplug from city life. You can sit in the terrace and enjoy the sounds of birds, our lovely pets walking in front of the house. Our house is fully equipped with a queen size bed with amazing sunset views, a nice double person bath looking over our garden, a fully equipped kitchen. We are located very close to Bruges and to the coast with a lot of places to walk around in pure nature.

Welkom @ ROES, ons vakantiehuis in Roeselare, het hartje van West-Vlaanderen. Het huis heeft een privé parking en sauna en ligt dicht bij het centrum. Op wandelafstand vind je het trein- en busstation, een supermarkt, een bakker- en beenhouwerij, cafés, restaurants, ... De locatie is perfect voor een city trip, een zakenreis, shopping of ontspanning. En misschien verken je vanuit Roeselare graag de Noordzee of steden zoals Brugge, Ieper, Kortrijk, Gent, Brussel of Antwerpen?

An oasis of peace awaits you, with the added bonus of a sauna!

Tika Once, situated in Rumbeke, near Roeselare in West-Flanders, between Bruges and Kortrijk. This design, modern location is lovely. A two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a small building. Only 2 kilometers from the highway and very near to the new AZ Delta hospital. A must try !

Adem de zee in, laat de stress uitwaaien. Ons recent gerenoveerde appartement (2022) ligt pal op de zeedijk met een adembenemend uitzicht en prachtige zonsondergangen die je televisie doen vergeten. De ideale plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van je portie vitamine "sea".

De Studio bestaat uit een kleine inkomhal, een ruimte met twee aparte bedden en een kitchenette. Verder is een een ruime badkamer met toilet en een douche. Vanuit de Studio heb je toegang tot een klein buitenterras waar je gebruik kan maken van ons buitenmeubilair.
