Lakefront home near Uwharrie Forest

This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. The Asheboro Zoo is a beautiful drive less than an hour away. Take the time to read the guest review below who says it all! Security cameras: 1 on drive, 1 on dock. 2 pet max, $125 per pet, no cats. 2 night minimum.

Escape to the lake! This lake front cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is the perfect getaway for relaxation, fishing, water sports and so much more. Whether you are making s’mores by the fire, watching the kids kayak across the cove or enjoying a nice cocktail on the dock, you cannot help but to feel relaxed at Red Sky Lake House. There are no cameras anywhere in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop Challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery—Badin Lake, is a twenty-minute ride. Dennis Vineyards is 8 miles away. Guests over one are an additional $15 per day per person (kids under 2 N/C a pet charge of $10 per day per animal. Pets MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. (Airbnb cannot charge the correct "daily" pet fee.) We will ask for any difference after you book.

Renovated Camper w/ Lake Resort Amenities

Book our camper to enjoy the cozy Badin Shores Resort community along with its many amenities. You will find a fishing pier just a short walk away from our location. A golf cart is provided for trips to the pool (which will be open soon!), lakefront beach area, and the local restaurant. The camper is a newer model that includes one full bed, bunk beds, and a pull out couch. Two TVs, pocket WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with toiletries round out the features offered inside.
