Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

Whether you're looking for a comfortable and functional space for a business trip, or a place for you and the family for a few days, our bright, homely annex at the bottom of the garden, will provide you with everything you need for the perfect stay!. Located in the village of Barton Le Clay which has some beautiful places for walks and hikes, Cainhoe Wood Golf Club is nearby, as well as being close to Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton Airport. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

Little Knoll Barn in Harpenden, self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Charming and peaceful village location. Self catering annexe, perfect for one or two people. Adjoining, yet separate to the main house, the Pavilion is so-called as the garden was once the village bowling green. Delightful views of National Trust Tudor dovecote and stables. A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.
