Unwind & have fun at this beautiful tucked-away retreat, on a farm in Buckinghamshire. The Fold is a welcoming annex - part of Barefoot Barn, our family home & self build project designed with Feng Shui. The Fold has its own dedicated garden & patio overlooking the goat paddock & long uninterrupted views of the countryside. It’s designed with a comforting, stylish & peaceful quality, and everything you need for a relaxing & memorable break away with grounding easy walks directly into the farm.

Come and relax in our beautiful farm cottage with a private deck and garden surrounded by amazing rolling countryside. Perfect for spending some special time with your family. You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. We are a great central spot for visits to London and Oxford and have some lovely attractions within 20mins of us including Waddesdon Manor, Bletchley Park and Whipsnade Zoo. *Outside Sauna and copper bath coming Jan 2025*

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

Luxurious boutique style self- contained apartment

A stunning boutique style residence that has been brand newly converted and renovated throughout in a stylish decor creating a wonderful cosy atmosphere in a countryside setting ideal for a couple or single person . The property is joined to the main house but has its own entrance at the front. With bedroom with kingsize bed, dining area and comfy armchair, shower room and modern kitchen the apartment overlooks the main house garden and mature trees and can be accessed by double doors .

The Lodge at Burn’s Farm

Relax on your own or with up to 2 children/adults sharing a room at this well appointed 4 seasons made lodge and semi wrap around decking set just outside Mursley village in a picturesque on farm location and 10 minutes via car or accessed from the Redway route to central Milton Keynes by bike or foot. With a selection of farm shops, 2 local public houses and the renowned Horwood House close by and only a 40 minute drive to Silverstone race track, there is plenty to enjoy locally.

The Coach House, rural location in central Bucks

The Coach House is a large, spacious cottage (2,000 sq ft) with three double bedrooms which has been recently renovated . It is located between the villages of Long Marston and Wingrave in a quiet, rural location. It is close to Tring and the Chiltern Hills and London is easy to get to from Leighton Buzzard station (35 mins to Euston) which is 15 minutes away. Plenty of good pubs in the vicinity, varied walks, National Trust properties, Bletchley Park museum and Whipsnade Zoo.

Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Enjoy your stay at our centrally-located 3 bedroom 1920's house. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Just a few minutes walk from a park, pubs, shops and cafes. Enjoy the cosy living room, bright and spacious dining room, and well equipped kitchen as well as warm and inviting bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a super king and a second bedroom with a double bed. The third bedroom is ideal for children. We offer internet enabled TV where you can catch-up/on demand.

Hay Barn by the River Ouzel

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique, barn by the River Ouzel. Here you can experience a peaceful get away whilst also being close to amenities and adventure. Right on the doorstep of Newport Pagnell and only 3 miles from Milton Keynes City Centre and all it has to offer. And just 5 minutes from the M1 (Jct 14), for those that want to explore further afield. Perfect for Silverstone, Towcester Racecourse, Stadium MK & Marshall Arena and lots more.

Little Oak Barn, Cublington, Bucks. S/C cottage.

Little Oak is a delightful one bedroom self contained single storey timber barn. Based on the outskirts of Cublington village with easy access to the market towns of Aylesbury 6 miles, and Leighton Buzzard 5 miles and the bustling new town of Milton Keynes 10 miles. Bicester Village retail shopping venue is only a 35 minute drive. Oxford is easily reached by car or bus from Aylesbury. Ideally located for many National Trust properties and Bletchley Park museum.

Dusty's Hook on the Wall

Dusty's Hook on the Wall is a modern purpose built ground floor annexe within our home. You have your own front door and access to our garden if desired. Stewkley is in beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside close to the Bedfordshire border. The property is in a peaceful road with many walks in the beautiful countryside but also very easy access to Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. We have 2 dogs who may visit if you choose to let them in!
