The 2 first floor bedrooms & large generous living dining area have stunning south facing views towards Ben vane and Loch Lubnaig overlooking the 9 acre grounds of Ardoch Lodge.The Annexe is furnished & equipped to the highest standards, with underfloor heating & double sided Fire place making it cosy and comfortable at any time of the year. The Annexe is pet free.

Darroch Garden Room #1 hot tub in Luss Loch Lomond

Luxury, en suite accommodation with exclusive use of private hot tub. Includes light breakfast plus tea and coffee in room. The contemporary retreat with its own private entrance and decked area is located overlooking Allt a’ Chaorach stream. The stylish interior includes vintage furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows and reclaimed wooden flooring. The en suite room has a king-sized bed, walk-in shower and drinks refrigerator. Great base to explore Scotland, 45 minute drive from Glasgow Airport, located within the "Loch Lomond and The Trossachs" National Park in Argyll & Bute.

The Old Piggery in Central Scotland

A cheerful single storey dwelling in Central Scotland. By car we are 15 mins NW of Stirling, 1 hr to Edinburgh, 45 mins to Glasgow & 2 hrs to Oban and ferries to the Western Isles. There is NO bus route nearby and the nearest train station is 15 mins away. The bumpy driveway is not suitable for low slung cars. Please note...THERE ARE NO COOKING FACILITIES - except a small microwave, kettle & toaster. I'm afraid the Old Piggery is unsuitable for children or pets.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! There is a kitchenette with breakfast provisions for your stay. A wood fired hot tub and private gated garden with stunning rural views is for your sole use. License no ST000931F

Kaimes Cottage, secluded quiet entire guest studio

Our large detached studio contains two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower and a basic kitchen corner. Kaimes Cottage is situated between Braco and Muthill on the A822 and Gleneagles is only 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to Dunblane and Crieff, 25 minutes to Doune Castle, where "Outlander" was filmed.
