Beautiful Garden Room near Arne Nature Reserve

The Garden Room is a cosy and welcoming private place to stay perfect for getaways. Situated in an ANOB close to the coast, it is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities & light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room (or garden). You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge. Sorry, not suitable for children or if you are without a car.

Centrally Located Wareham Accommodation

Our flat is accessed via a private entrance off South Street in Wareham. It is on the first and second floor above our well known tea room & restaurant, which is open during the day only. The lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and a single bedroom are on the first floor. The large bedroom and another double is on the second floor - the stairs to this floor are a little twisty and there is a low beam at the top. Nearby is Arne Nature Reserve, Monkey World, Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door

Westport Cottage

A distinctive period cottage in a unique location with tastefully presented interior. This is one of only three cottages built on top of the old Saxon walls in Wareham. Originally there were six cottages, built between the mid and the late 1800s which have now been opened up into three. The cottage is the first one along a gravel footpath and is fronted by the Saxon dyke. Enjoy a stay in our recently refurbished one bedroom basement apartment with well equipped kitchen, bathroom, private entrance, parking and garden access. Hidden away in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins walk from the centre of Wareham which has many cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent cinema and shops. Visit the popular quay area with boat hire and a weekend market. A 30 minute bus or car ride will take you to stunning beaches, historic villages and endless walking opportunities.

A 3 min walk to the charming village pub and a 10 min walk to the vibrant river town of Wareham, with many cafes and restaurants, Saturday market, unique shops, and the Rex oil-lit cinema. Water activities like boat and paddleboard hire are available. Bosuns is the perfect base to explore Dorset's attractions.

Cosy Purbeck Cottage on the Jurassic Coast

We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

Cosy cottage located on the Isle of Purbeck

Tanners Cottage was built in 2014 on the land behind what was the old village shop and next to where the old tannery used to be located. The cottage is a detached property with an enclosed private garden. Located on the Isle of Purbeck (not really an island but a peninsula on the Dorset coast) and just a short drive to many local beaches it's a perfect location to relax and enjoy the generally warmer weather the south coast enjoys. Parking for one car adjacent to the cottage.

Recently renovated private annexe with its own entrance and leafy west-facing garden. Includes a double bedroom with en-suite plus lounge/kitchen with sofa bed, ideal for couples or a young family. Next to an RSPB reserve and close to Corfe Castle, Studland, Kimmeridge, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. A perfect base for exploring Dorset’s coast and countryside. Please let us know before your arrival if you require use of the sofa bed so that we can leave the bedding out

Lovely Grade 2 listed cottage completely renovated in the centre of the historic market town of Wareham. Perfectly situated to explore the Isle of Purbeck and Jurassic coast. This cosy cottage has two bedrooms, shower room, lovely pannelled sitting room, galley kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. It is the perfect base from which to explore some of the best the South West coast has to offer.
