In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

If you want to see something unique, the annual Cheese Rolling Competition is held at the end of May on Cooper's Hill, four miles away. People working away from home are always welcome.

The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

Welcome to our family owned Edwardian era house situated in Painswick. Renovated with hosting in mind, we'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Situated just off the Cotswold Way national trail, it's the perfect pit-stop for keen walkers (or runners!). If sight seeing is more your thing, the popular 18th Century Rococo Garden is just a 5 minute walk away. Ideally located for travel to Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester all within a 20 min drive.

The Old School House is a beautiful newly converted guest house set in the village of Cambridge. Perfectly situated to explore the nearby villages Slimbridge, Berkeley, Dursley, Frampton On Severn, Stroud and many more places within Gloucestershire. A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, bread, crumpets, butter, marmite and jam. Although a full kitchen is unavailable, but a kettle, toaster and bread board.
