Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.

The studio is completely separate from our house with private access to a landscaped courtyard. We are a 5 minute walk from the Waterloo Metro Station and a 10 minute walk from Redfern Station.
