One can easily get out & explore and come back to Old Town for a lovely evening!

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.

One block away from Main Street in desirable old town Louisville. 3 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Well equipped kitchen – complete with fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, gas cooker and oven. 2 king bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Super cozy loft area with 2 twin beds.
