Beautiful studio room attached to a house. With only one entrance to the room from the outside, you can come and go as you please. Located conveniently between Boulder and Denver! The studio has one queen size bed, one couch bed, one air mattress, clothes drawers & racks, bathroom, shower, small table, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Roku TV/DVD player and much more! This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.
