This is a spacious newly renovated Annex available to rent for your needs. It is situated in a quiet area but is a 10 minute drive from the Windsor town centre and Windsor Castle. It is also close to LEGOLAND. It comes with a private entrance, free parking, SKY TV (with sports), WiFi, breakfast items, tea/coffee, towels, hairdryer, garden area & more on offer upon request. We will do everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. All we ask in return is that guests are respectful.

Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

Book supper at The Wheatsheaf, Bough Beech, 3 min walk, or use the compact kitchen and settle in for a night of cards or puzzles under the stars. Teas, ground coffee and milk supplied. Order breakfast hampers, Cornish pasties, BBQ coals.
