The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Our lovely 1 bed barn conversion is situated in S.Norfolk village in a beautiful rural area yet only 7 miles to the vibrant city of Norwich! Great for cyclists, a haven for birdwatchers and walkers and only 45 mins to the coast. Full GCH to keep you warm in winter, and a pretty terrace to enjoy al fresco dining in the summer. This quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board. Local boat & canoe hire is possible. Explore the Norfolk Broads and moor right outside of your cosy lodge!

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
